We have a unique real estate firm, one that works with both commercial & residential real estate clients.
Our commercial arm is under the Fox Real Estate Group brand. It's primary focus is assisting clients with their commercial space needs, through leasing assistance, buying, or selling. We have cooperative relationships with building owners, building managers, & other real estate brokers. This network allows us to work efficiently and effectively for our business clients.
The rewards of working in commercial real estate are exceptional. If you want to conduct more business during the week & have weekends free, commercial is an area that allows you to work "during business hours". While the commission rates are generally lower, the transaction amounts are much larger. One of the best-kept secrets of commercial real estate is tenant representation. Agents can earn up to 5-figure commissions on a single office space or warehouse space deal with no weekend or evening work.
We see continued higher commercial real estate opportunities going into 2006. The economy is picking up & some sectors are poised for growth. We feel the industrial & warehouse commercial space will continue on it's upturn, the retail sector gaining firmer ground, and the investment market will make another strong gain at the end of Q1 / beginning of Q2. Office & multi-family properties will take longer to reach firmer ground. Our focus will continue to be on tenant representation, working mainly on the exceptional lease opportunties and incentives for companies actively seeking commercial space. These also provide an exceptional opportunity for agents used to acting in a "buyer's agent" capacity.
Fox Real Estate Group - Residential
Our residential arm is unique in it's flexible offering with full-service and fee-based. The full-service approach is marketed under the Fox Residential Realtors banner.
The Fee-Based Value service is marketed online under the SoldMyOwnHome.Com brand. It's primary focus is to offer Fee-for-Service real estate services for home-sellers. We provide assistance & products for home-sellers who are willing to manage the sale of their home themselves. They're responsible for their own Open Houses (though we can assist where needed). We provide follow up and, where appropriate, work with Open House visitors as Buyer Agents.
By providing assistance to home owners to "do it themselves", the bulk of the work (& liability) is with the home owner. They save money on full commission realtor fees by marketing their house with our help in the form of materials, forms, sell sheets, signs, and optional MLS listing, online marketing, and further agent attention (for additional fees).
